Do you have a job interview coming up? Are you ready to be tested?

Personality and ability tests are common assessment tools in the recruitment process for student jobs, internships and graduate positions. This seminar will shed light on the use of psychometric testing in recruitment. Why do companies use tests? Through a combination of presentation and exercises you will get and understanding of how you can prepare for them and be ready to discuss the results with employers.

  • The different types of tests (personality, ability etc.)
  • When and how are they typically used?
  • How can you prepare?

Why join?
This seminar will introduce you to tests as an assessment tool and prepare you for your next personality- and/or ability test. Learn what to expect of the different test tools and what you can and cannot prepare in advance. The seminar is particularly relevant for students who are currently interviewing for a student or full-time position, however all students can benefit from attending the seminar.
