In this course we go over the highlights of: Job Search Strategy, Skills Clarification, Cover Letter, CV, Job Interview and Unsolicited Search.
Course content:
The seminar consists of a set of interactive presentations to get your job search off to a good start.
- Skills clarification: What are you particularly good at relative to the jobs you are targeting?
- CV: How can you get through the first selection step by helping the recruiter get a good impression of you, quickly and effectively?
- Cover letter: How can you stand out and convince the company that you will make an important contribution to their business?
- Job interview: How can you present yourself so the company understands what you bring to the table?
What you will get:
The goal of this comprehensive workshop is for you to get an overview of the job search process and be able to make informed choices about how you want to approach it.
Target group:Students who want an overall introduction to effective job search. We recommend following up on selected topics with a more in-depth seminar or workshop.
