Masterclass in Mental Health

Group Coaching Session

You now have the opportunity to participate in a group coaching session, where we will dig into challenges and how to change them. 

The benefit of working with challenges and changes in a group setting is that we can learn from each other, gain relevant tools and practice how to put them into praxis.

Due to the constellation of the session, we only have room for 20 participants for this event (registration on a first-come, first-served basis), and it is important that you are willing to actively participate in the session. (Note. There are no requirements in regards to the magnitude of the challenges or changes you want to work with).
