Event Description
The interview is the most critical part of the recruitment process. You only get one chance to create an attractive image of yourself. Even if your CV is great, the cover letter is well-written and you have excellent test results, reality is, that if you’re not your best self at the job interview, you will not get the job.
Too many are under the impression that as long as I am invited to the interview, I will instantly be a success (without being prepared), because I have excellent interpersonal skills – and that is probably the worst mistake you can ever make!
Some of the topics we will focus on in the workshop are:
- Before – During – After the interview!
- Successful presentation of yourself at the interview
- Preparing for questions you might be asked. What if you’re asked about your strengths? And weaknesses?
- Preparing questions to ask the company – things to consider
- How to tell your success stories from previous experiences
