Mindfulness is a tool that can help you relax and stay present in times of stress in your studies, at work, or in your social life.

As a student you are under constant stress to perform your best. The pressure can come from wanting to achieve the best grades, wanting a relevant student job, or wanting to have an exciting social life. Mindfulness can help you relax despite the various pressures you are experiencing. You can use mindfulness to handle stress and to understand yourself better. 

This workshop will give you:

  • An understanding of mindfulness and how it works.
  • A chance to try out mindfulness.
  • Insights about how to practice mindfulness and apply it to your daily life.
