Uncertain about your key competences and what you can offer a potential employer? Need help unfolding your personal and professional competences?
Awareness of your competences is a question of practice. Once you have learned how to identify your key qualities it’s much easier to find and apply for relevant jobs. This seminar will teach you exactly that – the process of uncovering your competences, express them in words and communicate them to others? The focus of the seminar is to activate your self-awareness thorough insights, reflection and exercises.
The following topics will be covered:
- Uncovering your personal and professional competences
- Increasing awareness of what motivates you
- Ideas on how to sell your competences in response to a specific job ad
- Practicing conveying your competences in CV, cover letter and job interview
