The Art of Case Analysis - with CBS Case Club (English)
Event Description
Case Analysis is one of the most important skills to master if you want to participate in a case competition or if you want top level business skills for your career-to-come.
This workshop aims to give you an introduction to the case-solving toolbox you use when solving strategic business problems. The same methods and techniques are used by the world’s leading management consultancies, and they are directly applicable in case competitions as well as within real-life business settings. These skills are highly relevant for business students at all levels of their studies.

- Introduction to CBS’ International Case Competition Teams and CBS Case Club
- Framing a business problem; using the SCQA-framework (w. exercises)
- Structured problem solving; a hypothesis-driven approach (w. exercises)
- 7 tips to reach a successful case analysis
Target group
Students interested in learning the case-solving toolbox used for case analysis. The toolbox is directly applicable in case competitions and real-life business settings. No prior case knowledge is required.
